Thane Pearson has been providing Architectural Design services to our clients for the past 20 years. He is very active in several national organizations, and is consistently striving to provide the most “up-to-date” information on all Design facets and elements to our clients.
Education
A.S. Engineering, Wentworth Institute of Technology
B.S. Environmental Design, University of Oklahoma
LEED AP
Thane has most recently achieved the LEED AP, (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), designation. LEED Accredited Professionals (LEED AP’s) have demonstrated a thorough understanding of green building practices, principles and the LEED Rating System.
C.P.B.D.
He received his Certified Professional Building Designer, (C.P.B.D.), designation through the National Council of Building Designers, (NCBDC), in 2005. The NCBDC Accreditation Program certifies competency of professional building designers in ethics, procedures, architectural styling, structural engineering and construction principles, processes, materials and methods. Certification as a CPBD and the authorized use of our certification mark, assures consumers and other industry professionals that the person has met the critical requirements of a Certified Professional Building Designer.
A.I.B.D.
Thane has been a professional member of the American Institute of Building Design, (A.I.B.D), since 1994. Thane is a national delegate and sits on the Board of Directors for A.I.B.D. For more than 50 years the AIBD has been dedicated to the advancement of the profession of Residential Design. As a member, Thane seeks to educate the public on the many facets involved in successfully building a well-designed and functional home.

Beth and I just spent the past two weeks at our cottage. We thoroughly enjoy the spaces you created for us. The deck is flooded with sun in the morning, hitting all its angles, but I particularly enjoy having dinner there at dusk, listening to the loons, and looking in at the warm light of the great room through the large windows.
